KIT LIST

Kit list requirements are for those taking part in the 40K Rabbit Run only.

40K KIT LIST

Participants taking part in the Rabbit Run 40K should be aware that whilst signage will direct participants in key locations, there will be an element of self-navigation. Runners must attempt to complete the course within a 7 hour cut-off time.

Those taking part should take steps to ensure they are familiar with the route (for which a GPX digital download will be available) and the kit list below:

  • Foil blanket
  • Fully charged mobile phone
  • Whistle
  • The ability to carry 500ml of water
  • Reusable cup/flask (for water refills) – optional
  • Waterproof jacket (if wet weather is forecast)
  • Sun hat (if warm weather is forecast)
  • Suncream (if warm weather is forecast)
